Our courses are customized for a diverse range of individuals. To find the best course for you, consider where you are in your APEST journey. Our Intro Courses are for beginners and help you build a strong foundation for understanding each APEST gifting, and how they can work together. Our Practitioner Courses are for people who have a basic understanding of APEST but want to take that knowledge and put it into practice. Each course description on our website provides detailed information to help you make an informed decision.
Most of the courses are pre recorded. But we also offer “live” courses, to. Unless the course is labeled “live” in the course description, it is a pre recorded online course.
Absolutely! Our online courses are designed for your convenience, allowing you to learn at your own pace. We understand that everyone has different schedules and learning styles, so our courses are flexible to fit your individual needs. This is ideal for fitting your courses into your personal and professional life. However, some courses are “live” and have scheduled elements, which are clearly indicated in the course description.
While our courses are self-paced, they typically come with a recommended timeframe for completion to keep you on track – anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks depending on the course. However, to accommodate different learning speeds and schedules you will have access to all course material for the lifetime of your account. This will allow you to come back to courses and materials and access the content anytime you want.
We stand by the quality of our courses, but we also understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for detailed information on refunds.

Some of our advanced Equipper’s courses may have prerequisites, which are clearly listed in the course description. However, the Intro and Practitioners courses are designed so that anyone can step in and move forward in their APEST journey without any prior reading or experience.
Our courses are designed with a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. You’ll not only be introduced to paradigm shifting content, each course will include practical exercises you can do to apply APEST right where you live, learn, work, and play.
While we don’t offer a trial period, we provide detailed course descriptions so you can understand the course content and structure before making a commitment.
Yes, definitely! Completing a course doesn’t mean the end of your APEST journey with us. Everyone who participates in a course is invited to join a private Facebook Group where you can connect, share insights, and grow together with others in their APEST journey.
