The Four Shepherds APEST

The word shepherd means one who protects and provides, but did you know there’s different kinds of shepherds? For example, some shepherds are more nurturing and supportive, while other shepherds are more watchful and protective. Also, not all shepherds prefer to work with groups. Some shepherds prefer to work more with individuals.

When these different preferences are combined, they point us to four different kinds of shepherds, each with their own unique way of shepherding people – the supervisor, surveyor, adopter, and administrator
