Based on the results of those assessments, we enter into a focused stage of generative dialoge that incorporates strategic analysis, organizing frameworks, and pivotal insights. The goal is to  collaboratively map out an initial pathway for us to journey together on, which often includes tailored Strategy Labs, Workshops, Retreats for the team, and ongoing Follow Up conversations. Synergy consulting sessions can take place online or onsite. The consuting relationship can last a few days, weeks, months, or even years, depending on your needs and goals. 

The time, location, and format of our consluting sessions are mutually discerned after initial APEST Assessments of individual team members, the team, and the organization have been completed.  

Technically, no. However, we do encourage continuous learning throughout the consulting process, so resources that are appropriate for enhancing the realization of your APEST vision will be suggested, but not required.
